Plenary Sessions

Plenary session speakers will be provided instructions directly from Conference Chair Tom Redling, conference.chair@i-cns.org.

Technical & Poster Sessions

Authors are scheduled to be notified of their acceptance via email on Feburary 24, 2012, with the following instructions:

a. Papers

For those authors planning to submit full papers for the conference proceedings, the deadline is March 30, 2012.

  1. Please follow the Authors Instructions (.doc) on submitting your paper.
  2. Due to IEEE publishing Content Guidelines, the IEEE Copyright Form (.pdf) must also be sent along with your paper. Please submit this form by April 15, 2012 to Tony Rossetti, 3311 Dupree Ave., Orlando, FL 32806-3411, fax to 888-404-1846, or email a signed copy to pub.editor@icnsonline.org
  3. Upload your paper via the online form.

b. Presentations

For all presentations, the deadline is April 6, 2012. Below are the requirements for your submission:

  • Presentations are limited to 30 minutes each, including Q & A. Electronic submission in Microsoft PowerPoint is required. If you cannot meet the deadline, please bring CD or Memory Stick to the registration desk. No Macintosh compatibility is available.

c. Poster Sessions

For all poster presentations, the deadline is April 6, 2012. Below are the requirements for your submission:

  • Electronic submission in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF is required. A display board will be provided for you to affix your charts to. Please ensure that you have tape or some means of attaching the charts to the board. You can coordinate the details with your session chair.

Reminders

  1. Please check the 2012 Agenda regularly for updates so you are aware of your speaking time.
  2. The Conference Proceedings will be included in the IEEE Interactive Electronic Library (IEL) as part of IEEE Xplore. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference by April 6, 2011 and attend the conference to present their paper. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, may not have their paper published in the IEEE IEL and IEEE Xplore, per latest IEEE policy.
  3. If you are one of our international authors and you would like to receive a Visa Assistance Letter, please complete the online VISA Assistance Letter Request Form.
