			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Donna McLean</strong>, <strong>Chairman of the Board of Directors</strong> of the <strong>National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak)</strong>, will be the featured speaker at the Monday evening dinner at the 2008 ICNS Conference.</p>
<p>Ms. McLean will be speaking about the <strong>case for bimodal air-rail transportation policy for congested corridors</strong>.<span id="more-89"></span></p>
<p>As Chairman of the Board, McLean leads the board of Amtrak, the nation&#8217;s intercity passenger railroad, which operates in 46 states on a 21,000-mile system serving more than 500 stations. A former official at the U.S. Department of Transportation, she is owner of Donna McLean Associates, LLC, a Washington, DC-based consulting firm specializing in transportation policy.</p>
<p>Prior to forming Donna McLean Associates, McLean was Assistant Secretary for Budget and Programs and Chief Financial Officer of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).</p>
