The 2011 Integrated Communications Navigation and Surveillance (ICNS) Conference addresses long term research and development as well as early implementation of integrated CNS technologies needed to enable NextGen and SESAR. The Conference is focused on providing an understanding of CNS programs, longer term plans, standards development, research, and ICNS technologies. As we launch the second decade of the ICNS Conference, we focus on the renovation of the communications, navigation, surveillance, and information technology infrastructure underpinning the migration to a true next generation global air transportation system. Last Day to Register Online

The last day to register online for the ICNS Conference 2008 is Thursday, May 1, 2008 at midnight ET. After that time, unregistered attendees will be directed to instructions for onsite/walk-in registration. Please see ICNS Registration for further information and fees.

Hotel Reservation Deadline

The last day to make reservations at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center with the ICNS Conference room block is extended until April 22st, 2008 at 5:00 pm. Space and rates are subject to contracted availability, so please make your reservations early. Please view the ICNS hotel page for current information.

Presentations Due

ICNS Conference 2008 presentations are due from authors by 2:30 pm on April 28, 2008. For more information, view the ICNS Call for Participation.

Final Papers Due

Papers are encouraged for publication in the ICNS Conference 2008 proceedings. Authors should submit their papers by the close of business on April 24, 2008. For more information, view the ICNS Call for Participation.

Abstract Submission Deadline

For the ICNS Conference 2008, authors are invited to submit abstracts of up to 1000 words on any of the topics listed in the ICNS Call for Participation by February 14, 2008. For more information, view the ICNS Call for Participation.
