Donna McLean, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Railroad Passenger Corporation (Amtrak), will be the featured speaker at the Monday evening dinner at the 2008 ICNS Conference. Ms. McLean will be speaking about the case for bimodal air-rail transportation policy for congested corridors.
