The hotel conference rate is $224 per night, plus taxes. Note: This is also the government per-diem rate.
Reservations may be made by calling 1-866-360-5697 and reference the meeting code of “IED21A.” Reservation cutoff for the conference rate and room block is Friday, March 30, 2012.
Shuttle Schedule
To & From Washington Dulles Airport
The Westin’s complimentary 24 hour shuttle leaves for the airport every 30 minutes starting at 5:30 AM and their last scheduled run is at 11:30 PM. Shuttle runs from 11:30PM – 5:30 AM shuttle runs can be scheduled to leave on the half hours; upon request.
Shuttle picks up from 2H (near ground transportation) on the :15 & :45 of each hour. Please call the hotel at (703) 793-3366 to confirm a pickup.
