Thanks to all who participated in the 2010 ICNS Conference Survey. The ICNS Conference Committee is reviewing the many interesting survey results and comments as we plan the 2011 conference, which will officially be held May 17-19, 2011, again at the Westin Washington Dulles Airport Hotel.

Congratulations to Guillermo Calderón-Meza, who is a doctoral candidate at George Mason University. He received his bachelors in Electronics from the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica, his masters in Electronics from the University of Bolton (United Kingdom) and the University of Paderborn (Germany). He has over twelve year of experience as a software engineer, software developer, and software project manager.
He is currently a doctoral candidate at the Center for Air Transportation Systems Research (CATSR) housed at George Mason University. His research interest is in agent-based modeling and adaptive decision-making in NAS-wide simulations.
