ICNS Abstract Submission Through Oxford Abstracts
Authors and Presenters are invited to submit a technical abstract, 250 to 750 words, clearly defining the goal of the work, its tasks, methods, or results (anticipated or completed), as well as the potential benefits or applications of the work to the aviation community. A submission implies a desire to attend the ICNS Conference and present the work in person, should the paper be accepted for presentation at the ICNS Conference.
Upon submission of your abstract, please state whether you intend to publish a final paper, if you wish to be considered for an award, if your submission is a student paper, or if you plan to prepare a presentation only. The speaker’s full name and contact information must be clearly stated. Any changes thereafter must be coordinated with the technical program chairs.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the ICNS technical program committee. Authors of accepted abstracts must register for the conference on time, plan to attend in-person, and agree to submit the final camera-ready paper and/or final presentation on or before the stated deadline. The maximum length for final papers is 15 pages, no exceptions. The conference organizers reserve the right to exclude papers from the agenda that fail to meet the stated deadlines.
All accepted papers presented at the conference will be submitted for publication to IEEE Xplore.
