ICNS Conference group rates for hotel accommodations are negotiated as part of an overall contract that also includes meeting rooms and other conference needs. Our total event costs are based in part on meeting or exceeding our guaranteed minimum of group-rate hotel rooms booked by conference participants. If we fall short, our other event costs go up. Hotel Shuttle Schedule

- Hotel complimentary 24 hour shuttle leaves for the hotel every 30 minutes. The shuttle departs on the top and bottom of the hour.
- Shuttle picks up from 2B and 2G (near ground transportation) on the :15 and :45 of every hour. In case anyone needs to reach the hotel, the main number is 703-793-3366.
Local Shuttle
- Shuttle departs for local area attractions (within a 3 mile radius) on the :15 and :45 of every hour. Please inquire at the bell stand to reserve your trip.
