Registration Payment
Payment by major credit card is the preferred method of payment. If you are unable to pay with a credit card and wish to pay via wire transfer, please select that option on the payment page once your registration is complete. Alexis Wisdom, Registration Chair, will provide you with an invoice once your registration is complete.
Paper Publication
Your paper will be published by the IEEE in the ICNS Conference Proceedings. Each author registered for the conference may submit up to two (2) technical papers and the associated presentation materials. Authors interested in publishing an additional paper may do so at the rate of $400 per accepted submission. Please note your registration must be completed before the paper deadline (March 15, 2024) or your paper may be removed from the Conference Proceedings.
Participants in the conference (non-authors) may register up until the time of the conference, including in-person, at the prevailing rate.
Visa Information
Citizens of certain countries and territories need a visa to visit or transit to the United States. Please note: Holders of aliens passport and stateless individuals require a visa to visit or transit to the United States. The following information is provided as a courtesy but is subject to change. Please contact the visa department of your home country.
Please check U.S. Visas on Travel.State.Gov to see if you will need a visa from your country of origin.
Letter of Presentation
If needed, a letter of presentation may be obtained only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. Such a letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. If you require this letter, please email Alexis Wisdom, awisdom@conferencecatalysts.com.
The letter will be provided by email. In your email, provide the following information:
- Complete name
- Mailing address
- Accepted paper number (if applicable)
- Accepted paper title (if applicable)
- Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application.
Please be informed that ICNS Conference organizers cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf, so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend ICNS 2024. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting such a letter. Bear in mind that all registrations are non-refundable.
