Registration for ICNS 2025 will open in January.

Note 1: Participants in the conference who are presenting and/or publishing a paper in the technical program must register as professional or student at the latest by 10 February 2025.
Note 2: While professional and student registrations will be fully confirmed upon receipt of payment of registration fee, complimentary registrations may not be confirmed until 1 March 2025.
Note 3: A limited number of complimentary registrations are available. Approval of a complimentary registration will be subject to availability of space and will aim to ensure appropriate representation of key categories of CNS stakeholders, such as ANSPs, airspace users, CNS industry, academia, regulators, and state officials to increase discussion and opportunities on research and technology development.
Note 4: Registration for ICNS2025 will formally close on 3 April 2025 to allow for developing the lists for the security access to the EUROCONTROL premises.
Registration Payment
Payment by major credit card is the preferred method of payment. If you wish to pay via wire transfer, please select that option on the payment page once your registration is complete. Alexis Wisdom, Registration Chair, will provide you with an invoice once your registration is complete. Bank transfer payments will incur a $25 transaction fee.
Paper Publication
Your paper will be published by the IEEE in the ICNS Conference Proceedings. One professional registration covers submission and presentation of up to two papers. If an author wants to present more than 2 (accepted) papers, each additional paper requires an additional fee of $400 USD, or a separate professional registration by another (co)author or presenter.
Please note your registration must be completed before the paper deadline. An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by 10 February 2025
Citizens of certain countries and territories may need a visa to visit or transit to Belgium. Please check Belgium Foreign Affairs to see if you will need a visa for your country of origin.
Letter of Presentation
If needed, a letter of presentation may be obtained only after you have completed registration for the conference and paid the conference registration fee. Such a letter may be needed to obtain a visa or permission to attend the meeting. If you require this letter, please email Alexis Wisdom, awisdom@conferencecatalysts.com.
The letter will be provided by email. In your email, provide the following information:
- Complete name
- Mailing address
- Accepted paper number (if applicable)
- Accepted paper title (if applicable)
- Any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application.
Please be informed that ICNS Conference organizers cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf, so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend ICNS 2025. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference and pay in full before requesting such a letter. Bear in mind that all registrations are non-refundable.
Refunds
