Eligible technical papers are reviewed and graded to determine the Best of Track papers. Grading is performed using a 1-10 scale in each of the following five categories:
- Technical = accuracy, reasoning, understanding the subject
- Originality = fresh idea, imagination, revolutionary, new technology
- Application = feasible, cost-effective, serves a need
- Style = interesting, easy-to-read, use of graphics/photos
- Suitability = matches the conference theme
Eligibility is based on timely submission of the original abstract and the final technical paper in accordance with published deadlines and deadline extensions.
The videos for the top two papers in each track will be presented during the Technical Program portion of the ICNS Conference. Each video presentation will be followed by a 10-minute question and answer session during which the author will have the opportunity to address questions from the conference participants in real-time.
